Rockschool（簡稱RSL）是一家全球性質的現代音樂與舞台表演專業認證機構。擁有在該領域的專業知識，同時就所認證的方向而言，也具有高質量和完整性。
RSL提供的水平認證不僅包括結他、低音結他、架子鼓、鍵盤樂器等現代樂器的演奏和樂隊合作，同時也包括現代舞台表演、流行和搖滾演唱、流行音樂理論基礎、音樂編曲和作曲、音樂製作、演奏技巧、數碼合成、音樂商業運作等諸多方面。
此外，Rockschool 也提供英國同等音樂教育學歷的文憑課程、音樂職業教育資格和師資培訓課程。熱衷學習現代音樂和舞台表演的人，不分年齡，都可以通過RSL的等級評定體系來考核自己的學習成果和專業性。

1. 課程目標
本課程的目的是為學生提供全面的唱歌專業考級預備。如學生在完成指定的課程且遵守本條款後，仍未能在相應考級中取得合格或以上的成績，星格流行音樂學院將退還全額課程學費。
2. 入學評估
學生須接受由學院導師進行的入學評估，以保證分配至符合其能力水平的考級。
3. 課程選擇
學生必須選擇學院導師建議的考級課程，若選擇報讀或報考其他級別，學生將不符合合格保證，學費不予退還。
4. 出席要求
學生必須維持至少85%的課堂出席率，逾15分鐘的遲到或早退將視為缺席。不滿足此要求將不享有合格保證及學費退還。
5. 考級訓練範圍
本課程專為Rockschool Vocals Performance Certificate的考級訓練設計，目前不提供Grade Exam選項。
6. 考試方式
考試將以錄影形式進行，且錄影必須在星格流行音樂學院課室內完成。
7. 考試錄影完成期限
學生必須在課程結束後30天內完成考試錄影。未能在此期限內完成錄影的學生，將不符合合格保證條款，學費不予退還。
8. 退款條件
若學生考級不合格，需於最終成績公佈後14天內申請退款。在確認學生符合所有退款要求後，學院將於收到申請的30天內以支票退還全額課程學費。
9. 合格保證不適用的情況
以下任一情況將不享有合格保證，且學費不予退還：
- 未遵從導師指示報讀指定考級課程。
- 報考非考級課程的等級。
- 課堂出席率低於85%。
- 並非以錄影方式完成考試。
- 在課程結束後30天內未完成考試錄影。
- 提交的考試錄影並非在學院課室內進行。
- 報考非Rockschool Vocals Performance Certificate的考試。
10. 退款範圍
退款僅包含全期考級課程的學費。考試費用、購買考試用書以及其他課程（包括私人及小組課堂）等費用不在退款範圍。
11. 課程修改
星格流行音樂學院保留隨時修改課程內容及要求的權利。任何重大變更將會提前通知學生。
12. 最終決定權
如有任何爭議，星格流行音樂學院擁有最終決定權。
遵守本條款及細則是獲得合格保證的前提。學生在報名時，即表示已經閱讀、理解並同意所有條款及細則。
